Description
This report summarizes the prestigious recognition of Prof. Shrinivasa Varakhedi, Vice-Chancellor of Central Sanskrit University, who was conferred the Vidyavachaspati (D.Litt.) honorary degree by Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Rajasthan Sanskrit University during its 6th Convocation on 27 July 2024. The event was graced by revered saints, scholars, and dignitaries including Swami Rambhadracharya Ji and Governor Kalraj Mishra Ji. Prof. Varakhedi’s illustrious contributions to Sanskrit education have earned him similar honors from other institutions, making him a prominent academic figure. His keynote address on “Logic of Realism” exemplified his depth in Indian philosophy. With national and international engagements, his leadership continues to uplift Sanskrit education. The convocation, attended by faculty, students, and parents, reflected the rich blend of tradition and academic excellence.
