Under this MoU, Gamapp, the Second Party, will develop and manage a gamified digital platform to make Sanskrit learning interactive and subscription-based. CSU, as the First Party, will promote the Olympiad in academic institutions, organize launch events, manage fee collection, and contribute to content development. Revenue will be shared equally (50-50) after deducting setup costs. Coordinators from both organizations will ensure smooth implementation. The MoU is effective for three years, with options for renewal or extension, and includes clauses for dispute resolution and mutual amendments. This strategic partnership represents a significant step toward modernizing Sanskrit education through gamification and digital outreach, encouraging active student participation and engagement across India.
