dc.descriptionइस दस्तावेज़ में कुल 18 अनुसूचियों के माध्यम से विश्वविद्यालय के विभिन्न विभागों जैसे प्रशासनिक व्यय, पुस्तकालय, छात्र कल्याण, आईटी, प्रकाशन, चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति, छात्र शुल्क, पीएफ अग्रिम, शैक्षणिक यात्रा आदि से संबंधित वित्तीय शक्तियाँ विस्तार से वर्णित हैं। इसमें यह भी सुनिश्चित किया गया है कि सभी व्यय मौजूदा बजट प्रावधान, नियमावली और सक्षम प्राधिकारी की पूर्वानुमोदन के अधीन ही किए जाएंगे। सभी अधिकृत अधिकारी, जैसे कि कुलपति, अधिष्ठाता, कुलसचिव, वित्त अधिकारी, परीक्षा नियंत्रक, पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष, निदेशकगण तथा संबंधित विभागाध्यक्षों को उनके दायित्व क्षेत्र में नियत सीमा तक व्यय अनुमोदन की शक्ति दी गई है, जिससे विश्वविद्यालय की प्रशासनिक कार्यप्रणाली अधिक प्रभावशाली और उत्तरदायी बन सके।hi
