dc.descriptionA Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 07 April 2022 between Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi, and Chanakya University, Bengaluru, to collaborate in advancing Indian Knowledge Systems.This strategic partnership focuses on promoting Sanskrit Shastras and interdisciplinary studies connected to sustainable development, temple management, health, education, technology, economy, and governance. The MoU includes joint initiatives such as conferences, research monograph series, academic program development, and joint publications. Both universities have agreed to facilitate faculty and student exchange, provide open access to research outputs, and co-organize workshops, training programs, and cultural events. Emphasizing mutual cooperation and intellectual exchange, the collaboration seeks to enhance the academic and societal relevance of traditional Indian knowledge. This MoU represents a forward-looking step in integrating heritage-based wisdom with contemporary academic and policy-oriented discourse, making IKS more accessible and impactful in today’s global context. en
