It focuses on joint research projects, conferences, seminars, and publications to promote cultural and educational cooperation between India and Nepal. The agreement also supports initiatives for socio-economic development, policy studies, and preservation of Sanskrit manuscripts, reaffirming the resolutions of the Nepal Bharat Sanskrit Sammelan held in Kathmandu in March 2024.en
