dc.descriptionThis report summarizes the events of the valedictory session of the Shastra Training Camp, held on 19th June 2024. The camp was organized by the Central Sanskrit University across its campuses in Devprayag, Jaipur, and Sringeri, and spanned from 20th May to 19th June 2024. During this period, intensive training was conducted in traditional disciplines such as Nyaya, Vyakarana, and Advaita Vedanta. The valedictory session featured a virtual address by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Acharya Shrinivasa Varakhedi, who emphasized the need to reflect upon the prevailing custom of excluding female students from Shastrarth (scholarly debates). Acharyas and students from various campuses shared their insightful experiences. The session included the university anthem, ceremonial lamp lighting, shloka recitation exams, award distribution, PowerPoint presentations, and Shastrarth demonstrations. This training camp proved to be a platform for nurturing scholarly excellence and instilling a renewed commitment toward the preservation and promotion of India’s classical intellectual heritage. en
dc.descriptionयह रिपोर्ट 19 जून 2024 को आयोजित शास्त्रप्रशिक्षणवर्ग के समापन सत्र की घटनाओं का सार प्रस्तुत करती है। यह प्रशिक्षणवर्ग केंद्रीय संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा अपने देवप्रयाग, जयपुर तथा शृङ्गेरी परिसरों में संयुक्त रूप से आयोजित किया गया था, जो 20 मई से 19 जून 2024 तक चला। इस अवधि में न्याय, व्याकरण एवं अद्वैत वेदान्त जैसे पारंपरिक शास्त्रों में गहन प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। समापन सत्र में माननीय कुलपति आचार्य श्रीनिवास वरखेडी का आभासीय (ऑनलाइन) संबोधन प्राप्त हुआ, जिसमें उन्होंने शास्त्रार्थ (शास्त्रीय वाद-विवाद) से बालिकाओं को वंचित रखने की परंपरा पर पुनर्विचार की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। विभिन्न परिसरों के आचार्यगण एवं विद्यार्थियों ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए। समारोह में विश्वविद्यालय गीत, दीपप्रज्वलन, श्लोक परीक्षा, पुरस्कार वितरण, पीपीटी प्रस्तुति एवं शास्त्रार्थ का आयोजन किया गया। यह प्रशिक्षणवर्ग शास्त्रीय विद्वत्ता को पोषित करने तथा भारत की शास्त्रीय बौद्धिक परंपरा के संरक्षण व संवर्धन हेतु नवीन प्रतिबद्धता स्थापित करने वाला एक प्रभावशाली मंच सिद्ध हुआ।hi
