Description
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on January 27, 2023, between Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi, and Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Wardha, to promote academic cooperation and knowledge exchange in the fields of Hindi and Sanskrit. The MoU provides a framework for joint research projects, publications, and the organization of academic events such as seminars, conferences, and workshops. It also facilitates the exchange of students and faculty, along with the development of joint academic programs. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary studies, comparative linguistics, translation studies, and the integration of Indian Knowledge Systems with contemporary research. The agreement includes provisions for future amendments and project-specific collaborations, ensuring flexibility. Coordinators from both institutions will be appointed to monitor and implement the activities. This partnership aims to strengthen Indian language scholarship and foster deeper academic and cultural ties at both national and international levels.
