Description
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on March 18, 2021 between Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi, and Samskrit Samvardhan Pratishthan to jointly promote Sanskrit education and research. The MoU establishes a collaborative framework for developing study materials, organizing academic programs, and creating e-learning content tailored for modern learners. It also supports the use and development of Massive Open Online Courses sharing of technological infrastructure, and exchange of academic resources. A key focus of the collaboration is the modernization of Sanskrit education through the creation of new-age Sanskrit textbooks and leveraging CSR funding for resource development and outreach. The MoU encourages joint research projects that contribute to the enrichment of Sanskrit and other Indian languages. This strategic partnership signifies a forward-looking initiative to integrate traditional Sanskrit learning with contemporary tools and platforms, ensuring broader accessibility and relevance in today’s educational and cultural landscape.
