The MoU aims to integrate traditional Sanskrit knowledge with modern scientific innovation. Key areas of cooperation include Sanskrit, Indian Knowledge Systems , Computational Sanskrit, Linguistics, Vedic sciences, and technology-enabled research. The agreement facilitates exchange of faculty, researchers, and students; organization of joint seminars, workshops, and summer schools; and access to library and manuscript resources. Intellectual property generated through collaboration will be jointly owned, based on contributions. The MoU will remain valid for five years, with the possibility of extension. It involves no financial commitments unless mutually agreed in writing. Confidentiality of shared information is ensured, and disputes will be resolved amicably or through arbitration under Indian law, with Hyderabad as the jurisdiction.
