Central Sanskrit UniversityBAPS Swaminarayan Research Institute2025-06-302024-11-28http://164.52.194.124:4000/handle/123456789/198A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 28th November 2024 between Central Sanskrit University , New Delhi, and BAPS Swaminarayan Research Institute, Akshardham, New Delhi, to promote mutual cooperation in Sanskrit and Indian Knowledge Systems. The MoU outlines collaboration through academic exchange, lecture series, joint research projects, and access to each other’s libraries and manuscript collections. It enables exchange of faculty, researchers, and students, as well as joint organization of international colloquia and sharing of teaching materials. Both institutions agree on confidentiality of shared information and joint ownership of intellectual property developed through collaborative efforts. The MoU has a duration of five years, automatically renewable unless terminated with due notice. Disputes, if any, will be resolved amicably or through arbitration.
