As the first party, CSU aims to promote Sanskrit learning and interdisciplinary exchange through this partnership. The MoU outlines broad areas of cooperation, including exchange of students, faculty, and administrative staff; joint research and publications; participation in academic seminars; and development of short-term academic programs. Each institution may enter into further detailed agreements through their respective departments and faculties. A liaison officer will be appointed by both parties to coordinate activities. The agreement will remain valid for five years and may be revised or renewed by mutual consent. All collaborative activities shall comply with Indian laws and foreign exchange regulations.
