The MoU provides a framework for joint research projects, publications, and the organization of academic events such as seminars, conferences, and workshops. It also facilitates the exchange of students and faculty, along with the development of joint academic programs. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary studies, comparative linguistics, translation studies, and the integration of Indian Knowledge Systems with contemporary research. The agreement includes provisions for future amendments and project-specific collaborations, ensuring flexibility. Coordinators from both institutions will be appointed to monitor and implement the activities.
